What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing department operations
• support regulatory compliance
• provide clinical leadership and mentoring
• monitor resident care and clinical outcomes
• participate in QAPI initiatives
• assist with survey preparation and follow-up
• support infection prevention
• assist with documentation, care planning, and coordination
• assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, orientation, and staff development
• participate in the weekend management rotation as assigned.
