What you'll do

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• develop schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• lead subcontractor bidding, scope leveling, and buyout
• oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
• coordinate with project teams and clients
• ensure code, permitting, and safety compliance
• monitor costs and risks
• lead OAC meetings
• manage closeout, punch lists, and turnover.
