Transporter – Commercial Driver License

Job overview

The Transporter – Commercial Driver License role is onsite in Riverside, CA, with pay of $22.50–$24.17 per hour. The position supports the Foster Children and Youth Services – Transitional Foster Care department. It safely transports children to appointments, activities, resource homes, schools, and other approved destinations while providing a supportive environment.

What you'll do

• Operate company-issued passenger vehicles
• follow passenger and road safety requirements
• use appropriate car seats
• complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• report vehicle concerns and incidents
• maintain vehicles in safe, clean, inspection-ready condition
• coordinate schedules and routes with internal departments and resource parents
• maintain mileage, fuel, service, and inspection records
• and follow child abuse and incident reporting requirements.

Why this role
