What you'll do

• Support individuals with budgeting, hygiene, household tasks, activities of daily living, and community access
• maintain health and safety
• document daily progress and quarterly reports
• follow Individualized Service Plans
• attend training and supervision
• maintain confidentiality
• facilitate conflict resolution as needed
• attend appointments and assessments related to individual goals.
