What you'll do

• Provide personal care and hygiene support in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals
• assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutrition
• assist with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• check vital signs, measure intake and output, monitor blood glucose, and document changes
• notify a supervisor of issues requiring changes to care, medication, or equipment.
