What you'll do

• Develop and deliver training for nursing staff and Direct Support Professionals
• provide onboarding and ongoing education
• train staff on medication administration, infection prevention, documentation, delegated nursing tasks, emergency response, and health supports
• conduct competency assessments
• identify performance gaps
• assist with audits, surveys, corrective action plans, and policy development
• review trends and serve as a clinical resource.
