The Plastic Extrusion Machine Operator role is onsite in Oshkosh, WI, with rotating 12-hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.; the 28-day rotation averages about 14 shifts per month. Pay is $23.20 per hour. Operators oversee extrusion sheet lines at Pacur.

What you'll do

• Start up and shut down sheet lines
• operate lines safely and efficiently
• complete changeovers, roll indexing, data entry, and equipment logs
• monitor output and quality
• and manage dryer loading, color auger feed, mixing station operations, and silicone requirements. Troubleshoot and adjust machines as needed.
