Open Order Specialist — Inside Sales Support

The Open Order Specialist — Inside Sales Support role is onsite at Power/mation’s corporate office in Saint Paul, MN, and is full-time, Monday through Friday. Compensation is $21–$24 per hour. The specialist supports the Inside Sales team by tracking orders, coordinating fulfillment, and resolving delivery issues. Accurate records and communication among customers, suppliers, sales, purchasing, and logistics help maintain timely delivery and reliable customer service.

What you'll do

• Monitor customer orders, shipments, and deliveries
• communicate with suppliers, customers, and sales teams about schedules and delays
• coordinate with purchasing, inside sales, and logistics
• maintain order and inventory records
• expedite urgent and backordered orders
• troubleshoot supply-chain disruptions
• prepare open-order reports
• answer and direct incoming calls
• assist with customer-review meetings.
