What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance of facility mechanical systems
• conduct preventive maintenance and maintain the building and site in good repair
• prioritize and complete TELS work orders
• maintain life-safety compliance with CMS regulations
• support survey readiness and safety and environmental compliance
• respond to emergency maintenance needs as required
• perform assigned duties.
