Childcare Teacher

What you'll do

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily lesson plans
• create a safe, engaging classroom
• support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• communicate with parents and guardians about progress and daily activities
• maintain classroom records, developmental assessments, and attendance logs
• collaborate with teachers and staff
• follow licensing, health, and sanitation guidelines.

Why this role

Previous experience in licensed childcare, preschool, or early childhood education is required. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Current or obtainable CPR and First Aid certification and a background check under Ohio childcare licensing requirements are required.
