Associate Counsel

What you'll do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements
• advise Global Sourcing and business teams
• support contract approvals, disputes, litigation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, compliance initiatives, investigations, audits, and information governance
• coordinate with internal teams on document and contract management systems.
