What you'll do

• Assess damage and develop restoration scopes using Matterport video files, MICA mitigation reports, photos, and notes
• conduct on-site inspections for large or complex jobs
• estimate costs, materials, and labor and seek insurance adjuster approval when necessary
• coordinate expectations and timelines with property owners, adjusters, and project managers
• obtain permits and documentation
• collaborate with production
• monitor progress and estimate changes
• maintain project records
• and contribute to process improvement and customer satisfaction.
