What you'll do

• Assess patients, including vital signs, examinations, and medical histories using EHR systems such as PCC
• administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and catheterizations
• monitor conditions and support pain management, airway management, ventilator support, and infection control
• collaborate on discharge planning, case management, and diagnostic evaluations
• document clinical activities in compliance with HIPAA and long-term care regulations
• provide dementia and Alzheimer’s care
• assist with specimen collection and processing, suturing, DME, and other procedures as needed.
