What you'll do

• Design and implement individualized ABA treatment programs
• conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses
• develop measurable treatment goals
• provide direct supervision to RBTs and other staff
• train and mentor team members on evidence-based practices
• collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
• collect and analyze data to monitor client progress
• ensure compliance with ethical guidelines.
