Licensed Practical Nursing Specialist

Provides basic nursing care, assists in resident assessment, documents care, participates in care planning, implements nursing interventions, administers medications and treatments, uses critical thinking for condition changes, notifies physicians, maintains composure in crisis, monitors care, answers call lights, and assists with ADLs.
