What you'll do

• Represent clients in General District Court and Circuit Court throughout Northern Virginia
• manage a criminal defense caseload
• develop defense strategies
• conduct legal research
• prepare motions, pleadings, and court filings
• negotiate with prosecutors
• prepare clients and witnesses for hearings and trial
• communicate with clients
• collaborate with attorneys and legal staff
• maintain case files and manage active matters.
