What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and coach Inside Sales and Customer Service Representatives
• set goals and performance standards
• conduct one-on-ones, reviews, and team meetings
• track KPIs and address performance gaps
• partner with HR on recruiting and training
• serve as primary contact for select national accounts
• manage renewals, pricing, forecasting, and reporting
• develop outbound sales strategies
• use CRM and ERP tools to identify prospects and growth opportunities.
