Job overview

The Telecommunications Engineering Technician position is an onsite role located in Washington, DC. The salary range for this position is $73,450 to $132,775 per year, and the role supports the National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) program at Leidos. This role exists to support the daily operations of the Brand-New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS). The technician contributes to the team by drafting site survey reports, coordinating schedules, managing project risks, and ensuring the successful transition and maintenance of critical telecommunications infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Review FAA databases, conduct site surveys, draft site survey reports, coordinate schedules with vendors and personnel, draft project risk plans, generate drawings, coordinate outages, and develop transition plans.
