What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize dining, kitchen, storage, and dietary equipment
• prepare and cook food according to state food and nutrition guidelines and planned menus
• monitor and record food temperatures
• maintain adequate food and supply stock
• prepare appropriate quantities on schedule
• label, date, and store food
• respond to residents and report health and safety concerns
• dispose of kitchen and dining trash
• follow agency procedures for reports of abuse or neglect.
