What you'll do

• Set up and stock assigned cooking stations
• prepare, chop, and portion ingredients
• cook menu items to order and plate them promptly
• follow food safety rules and maintain clean stations and equipment
• coordinate with team members so food is ready together
• for expo work, organize tickets, inspect dishes for accuracy and presentation, communicate special requests and dietary restrictions, coordinate pickup with servers, and maintain a clean pass area.
