The In-Home Mental Health Therapist (CBHI) role is onsite in Worcester, MA, with pay of $38–$45 per hour. The position provides in-home therapy services to children and families through a growing, DPH-licensed and Joint Commission-accredited community behavioral health clinic. The therapist assesses clients’ needs, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides evidence-based individual and family therapy to support emotional, behavioral, and psychological well-being. The role coordinates with external providers and state partners to support integrated care; independently licensed clinicians also provide supervision as described in the posting.

What you'll do

• Provide direct mental health services to children, youth, and families
• conduct diagnostic evaluations and formal testing as required
• use assessment tools and interviews to develop individualized treatment plans
• provide in-home individual and family therapy using evidence-based practices
• document cases in electronic health record and state platforms
• collaborate with external service providers and state partners
• independently licensed clinicians provide clinical supervision and supervise intern field placements.
