The role coordinates people, service, scheduling, costs, purchasing, and guest experience to help the restaurant meet operational and hospitality standards.

What you'll do

• Oversee dining and service operations
• support the Chef de Cuisine
• manage the beverage program
• communicate protocol, menu, beverage, and service changes
• conduct employee evaluations and onboarding coordination
• prepare front-of-house schedules
• address guest issues
• monitor reservations, maintenance, safety, and hygiene
• manage front- and back-of-house hours for payroll
• oversee ordering, purchasing, and inventory
• monitor sales, labor, and beverage costs
• educate the team on cost management
• complete assignments directed by management.
