What you'll do

• Handle inbound seller consultations by phone and in person
• uncover seller needs, build trust, address objections, negotiate, and seek signed agreements when appropriate. Work viable opportunities through to a clear outcome, evaluate opportunities using company underwriting and offer structures, maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up, and manage assigned leads from initial contact through contract. The role includes scheduled evening and weekend lead-coverage rotations and field appointments outside normal business hours when needed.
