What you'll do

• Oversee yard layout, equipment staging, inventory records, and inspections
• dispatch drivers and assign loads based on availability, location, hours of service, appointments, and customer needs
• monitor loads and update TMS milestones
• communicate status to drivers, terminals, warehouses, and customers
• address delays and equipment issues
• enforce safety policies and maintain compliance records.
