Activities Aide

The Activities Aide role is onsite in Loveland, OH. Pay is $14–$16.50 per hour. The position supports resident activities at Loveland Care Center. The aide helps plan and deliver recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs in line with residents' assessments and care plans. The role contributes to residents' physical, social, and mental well-being by encouraging participation and maintaining safe, prepared activity spaces.

What you'll do

• Assist with planning, implementing, and evaluating resident programs
• coordinate with facility departments
• participate in community planning
• gather activity information from residents and families
• prepare clean and safe activity areas
• provide daily activities such as movies, parties, games, crafts, and projects
• oversee residents during scheduled activities
• encourage participation
• follow HIPAA requirements and honor treatment refusals.
