Growth Account Executive

The Growth Account Executive role is hybrid in New York, NY, with compensation of $125,000–$175,000 per year OTE. Pontera’s software helps financial advisors manage clients’ retirement plan accounts as part of personalized strategies. The role accelerates new advisor adoption by guiding registered advisors toward an initial milestone of five clients with managed assets. It owns a named advisor pipeline, leads onboarding and scheduled engagement, and uses sales methods to move advisors from registration to active platform use.

What you'll do

• Lead onboarding sessions
• conduct scheduled meetings and calls
• use Challenger and SPIN sales models to encourage adoption
• manage a named pipeline of advisors and teams
• track activation milestones, including five clients on the platform
• spend approximately 25% of time on outbound engagement
• negotiate and close committed-asset upsell opportunities in the assigned SMB customer pipeline.
