What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
• monitor entry and exit and verify authorization
• provide access instructions and maintain access records
• respond to concerns and incidents and escalate according to site procedures
• patrol common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• document incidents and observations.
