The Director, Business Line Strategy role is onsite in Reno, NV. Compensation is $160,000–$180,000 per year. The director leads product-line growth, profitability, and strategy, connecting customer demand with manufacturing capabilities. The role owns product-line financial performance, pricing, offerings, and customer experience while coordinating across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, product, engineering, marketing, and finance.

What you'll do

• Lead product-line P&L performance
• develop product-line strategies
• set strategy for materials, finishes, services, pricing, and promotions
• evaluate product economics and customer behavior
• align availability, lead times, inventory, sourcing, and capacity with demand
• develop business cases for new offerings
• partner on platform improvements and marketing
• establish KPIs and growth plans
• present recommendations to executives
• build and lead a product-line management team.
