What you'll do

• Process title registrations for vehicle purchases and sales
• verify costs and submit vehicle information to accounting and the DMV
• ensure payoffs are handled and titles received
• track title regulations, requirements, and fees
• prepare tax and title documents under state guidelines
• submit legal documents to the DMV on time
• verify funds and lienholder payments
• audit title applications
• follow up on payoff checks and titles
• floor in-stock vehicles upon receipt of titles
• track out-of-state titles and outstanding title work. Previous accounting experience is required.
