What you'll do

• Lead, train, and supervise roustabout laborers
• perform well-site construction and maintenance work
• transport and secure equipment as needed
• inspect and maintain assigned vehicles and equipment
• ensure crew safety equipment and PPE are ready
• complete job safety analyses, pre-job meetings, and field tickets
• communicate job needs and hazards to field management
• follow company and DOT safety policies.
