What you'll do

• Support ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, SecOps, ITOM, and App Engine applications
• maintain platform stability and security
• monitor performance and remediate errors
• develop automation scripts
• define solution scope, timelines, assumptions, and dependencies
• lead implementation and technical workshops
• design architecture blueprints
• gather and validate requirements
• mentor colleagues
• review technical designs and implementations
• and lead technical review boards and release management.
