What you'll do

• Complete clinical intake assessments and substance use disorder evaluations
• develop individualized treatment plans
• facilitate individual and group therapy
• address co-occurring mental health needs within scope
• coordinate care with teams, families, and community partners
• maintain documentation in compliance with DHS 75 and agency standards.
