What you'll do

• Lead development, optimization, and implementation of cellular and molecular assays
• provide strategic guidance on target engagement and functional assays
• manage and mentor a small team
• collaborate across Biology, Platform, Data Science, and Discovery Sciences
• lead a biology LIMS initiative and ensure cell-based data quality
• contribute to IND-enabling study planning
• communicate findings
• evaluate emerging technologies and assay approaches.
