What you'll do

• Set technical direction and operate the Airflow and Astronomer platform, including deployments, capacity, upgrades, observability, and incident response. Build workflow development and deployment paths
• design and operate streaming and change-data-capture pipelines
• improve data reliability and cloud infrastructure
• guide cross-team data contracts and operational ownership
• mentor engineers
• and support data foundations for AI workloads. Participate in on-call and troubleshoot production failures.
