What you'll do

• Conduct internal audits and mock surveys
• assess compliance with AAAHC, Quad A, CMS, and California requirements
• issue audit reports
• track corrective action plans through verified closure
• prepare sites for surveys
• maintain evidence binders and policy library
• review clinical documentation and quality indicators
• support patient safety investigations and QAPI reporting
• provide compliance education and guidance.
