Maintenance Team Leader

Job overview

The Maintenance Team Leader role is onsite in the south to southeast San Antonio area, TX, and pays $31–$33 per hour. The position reports to the Community Manager at LDG Development. The role protects and maintains the residential community while supporting residents’ living experience. By resolving maintenance issues and maintaining apartments, buildings, and grounds, the team leader contributes to resident satisfaction and property upkeep.

What you'll do

• Maintain community grounds and buildings
• perform routine apartment and common-area repairs involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances
• maintain clean and safe common areas
• support landscaping and apartment readiness
• assist with apartment turnovers
• communicate maintenance concerns to the Community Manager
• respond to emergencies
• provide emergency maintenance coverage as part of an on-call rotation if applicable.
