What you'll do

• Assess project opportunities
• review drawings, P&IDs, specifications, and contracts
• prepare estimates using estimating software and takeoff systems
• coordinate scopes and contacts with other trades
• prepare RFIs and request vendor and subcontractor pricing
• develop project recaps, schedules, and letters
• support bid reviews, presentations, negotiations, and kickoff meetings
• track labor productivity and project performance.
