It contributes to hotel operations by cleaning rooms, maintaining supplies and carts, checking room conditions, and reporting issues to a supervisor.

What you'll do

• Load housekeeping carts with supplies
• clean guest rooms and areas outside guestrooms
• make beds, vacuum and mop floors, dust and clean furnishings and surfaces, and clean bathrooms
• inspect rooms for safety hazards and equipment condition
• report damaged linens, lost and found items, maintenance issues, and special room concerns
• respond to guest requests
• maintain storage rooms and carts
• send linens to laundry
• record room status on work assignment sheets.
