VOSS Victim Notification Analyst

The VOSS Victim Notification Analyst role is onsite at FBI Headquarters in Washington, DC. Compensation is $70,000–$80,000 per year. The position supports the Victim Outreach Strategy and Support (VOSS) program and its work on FBI investigations. The analyst coordinates cases and develops outreach and notification strategies, using case data and stakeholder input to produce victim lists and related materials. The role also maintains case systems and processes, provides program support, and helps ensure consistent coverage and reporting.

What you'll do

• Lead case coordination calls and develop outreach and notification strategies
• deliver presentations and briefings
• manage large datasets to create victim lists and outreach products
• engage case teams to develop case strategies
• maintain SOPs with program manager oversight
• update case information in SharePoint and Sentinel
• provide daily closeout reports
• cover regional analyst gaps
• support the program manager
• develop subject-matter expertise in VNS and Sentinel as they relate to victim notification, AG Guidelines, and VSD Policy.
