The account manager serves as the day-to-day contact for assigned customers, retaining and growing relationships by coordinating accurate, cost-effective, timely solutions. The role works with estimating, structural design, production, shipping, sales, prepress, and operations to resolve issues, support projects, and identify account growth opportunities.

What you'll do

• Serve as lead contact for assigned accounts
• understand customer packaging needs and processes
• coordinate with estimating, structural design, production, and shipping
• resolve customer issues
• support product launches, price updates, and new projects
• maintain account activity in CRM and ERP systems
• support quarterly business reviews and scorecards
• identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with account executives
• share customer feedback and market intelligence.
