What you'll do

• Schedule current and prospective home-care cases
• resolve staffing issues caused by client or caregiver schedule changes
• maintain scheduling logs, staffing calendars, and absence records
• notify management of staffing problems
• potentially interview and hire caregivers and maintain their files
• participate in assigned on-call shifts, document occurrences, and communicate changes to the scheduling team
• verify time cards against schedules for payroll and billing
• process clock-ins and clock-outs
• protect confidential information.
