The manager leads daily shop operations and coordinates the service experience from repair write-up through vehicle delivery. The role keeps work flowing, supports technicians and service advisors, checks repair quality, and helps customers understand estimates, approvals, and repair status.

What you'll do

• Dispatch repair orders and balance shop workload
• assist technicians with diagnostics and complex repairs, including heating and air-conditioning systems
• perform quality control
• maintain shop safety and organization
• monitor and coach technician productivity
• source and order parts
• coordinate estimates, approvals, and customer updates with service advisors
• track work in progress and address delays
• mentor technicians and support shop meetings
• keep ownership informed and cover shop leadership when owners are absent.
