The Caregiver — Individual Community Living Supports role is onsite in the Twin Cities and surrounding eastern suburbs of Minnesota, including White Bear Lake, Oakdale, Maplewood, and Stillwater; pay is $16–$19 per hour depending on experience and location. National Home HealthCare’s main office is in Oakdale, MN. The caregiver provides in-home support that helps people remain in their homes, including daily living assistance, household management, health and safety monitoring, and community engagement. The role supports client independence through reminders, cues, supervision, and physical assistance as needed.

What you'll do

• Provide cognitive and adaptive support
• cue or assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, mobility, transfers, positioning, and bathing as needed
• assist with cleaning, meal planning, shopping, budgeting, and communications
• monitor health and report significant changes
• provide medication assistance
• support community participation and transportation when integral to engagement goals.
