What you'll do

• Lead installation projects involving superstructure construction, iron work, cabling, and battery installation or removal
• ensure projects meet schedules, procedures, and safety protocols while avoiding service interruptions
• report schedules, project time, and expenses
• coordinate schedules with material availability
• prepare project synopses, job-specific operating summaries, and cost-reduction actions
• develop internal technical capabilities
• supervise staff on regional service and installation projects
• maintain technical knowledge through training
• implement continuous improvement techniques.
