• lead full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Accounting, and Technology roles
• build talent networks and pipelines
• maintain candidate records in the ATS
• support consultant engagement, development, deployment, and retention
• monitor pipeline health and workforce gaps
• share practices and improve processes.
