Senior Project Manager

This position manages architectural and engineering consulting projects and supports the growth and marketing of Project Control’s commercial construction work. It coordinates owners, design and construction resources, budgets, schedules, quality, and project communications to help deliver projects in line with client interests and professional standards.

What you'll do

• Manage projects and sub-consultant activities and budgets
• mentor staff and track professional development
• review proposals, qualifications, project plans, drawings, and specifications
• develop project requirements, budgets, and schedules
• coordinate design activities and negotiations
• represent clients or owners in meetings
• review contractor pricing, RFIs, change orders, and submittals
• report project status and risks to stakeholders.
