What you'll do

• Assess campus needs and coordinate community resources
• plan student and parent activities
• coordinate services addressing attendance, behavior, course performance, and social or physical needs
• enroll and case-manage Tier II and Tier III students
• maintain support plans and service documentation
• complete reports and data entry
• collaborate with school staff and attend site coordinator meetings and professional development.
