What you'll do

• Greet guests and anticipate their needs
• manage check-in and checkout, reconcile accounts, and handle cash or card transactions
• promote the loyalty program
• maintain and stock the market area
• record guest requests and communicate issues
• conduct property walk-arounds and report safety or security concerns
• coordinate maintenance requests
• complete required training and compliance tasks, including CPR and TIPS certification
• keep front desk and adjacent areas organized.
