What you'll do

• Lead dealership operations and P&L across new vehicles, certified pre-owned, finance, service, and parts
• develop and hold senior leaders accountable
• oversee inventory strategy, pricing, digital retail, CRM, and sales development
• support service and parts performance
• manage the OEM relationship and brand compliance
• partner on financial reporting and strategic planning
• recruit, develop, and retain talent.

Why this role

Requires 3+ years of General Manager experience at a franchised dealership. Luxury brand experience is strongly preferred; Land Rover, Jaguar, or other luxury dealership experience is an advantage.
