What you'll do

• Consult with staff and clients regarding planning, pre-design, design, construction, and post-construction phases
• review and analyze design consultant data and present conclusions and recommendations to clients
• review contractor and bid information and recommend options based on cost and work quality
• provide cost estimating services as needed
• advise clients on subcontractor quality and cost and recommend an approach or bid.
